A lot has happened over the summer – both at FrontIoT and with DataFlex!
The long-awaited newsletter is finally here, and there’s plenty to tell you about. The summer has brought exciting new products and major changes at FrontIoT. Among other things, we’ve become even more Swedish 🙂 – so now we can rightly call ourselves a Danish-Swedish company! A Swedish-language website is on the way.
New partners and new faces at FrontIoT ApS
Klaus Berthelsen, who founded FrontIoT together with Charlotte in 2006, has sold his shares and will be leaving us on 1 December. He will now enjoy his well-deserved retirement in both Denmark and Thailand. Johan Broddfelt has bought into the company, and from now on, Charlotte and Johan will jointly lead FrontIoT.
We have also welcomed a strong new addition to the team
Sture Andersen has joined FrontIoT as a consultant, and we are delighted about this.
With Sture on board, both we and our customers gain access to a wealth of experience and in-depth technical insight. He can advise on the new DataFlex Tech Stack and the opportunities the future holds – but also, to a large extent, on existing systems that may be getting on in years and need a technical overhaul or a plan for the future.

DataFlex 2027 – the future begins with TechStack!
DataFlex is taking a major technological leap forward with the new TechStack, which will form the foundation for DataFlex 2027. New possibilities for modern applications across platforms, offline functionality and much more!
Naturally, we’ll be taking a closer look at this!
That’s why Data Access is hosting a TechStack seminar on 3–5 February at Scandic Triangeln in Malmö.
Look forward to meeting the TechStack development team from Data Access, learning about the new technology and meeting other DataFlex developers.
